Project overview

During the first months of my internship at Rede Globo, I was tasked to face a new challenge: I had to design a page for the new Security Awareness campaign in the company. The page was going to be for a security rewards program, a bold iniciative never seen before that would rewards good employee behaviours when it came to data protection, training and password strenght with points that could be exchanged for gifts, coupons and perks.

The result was Toda Atitude Conta, a desktop webpage with a shopping feature for gifts and rewards and a medal and level system. I was responsible for the entire design process of all pages, keeping user needs and experience in mind while developing flow maps and processes.

Results

Toda Atitude Conta was officially launched for Globo's employees in July 2021, being an independent website from the intranet. All you need is a ‘Globo account’ to access it. The publicity campaign included a video recorded by Maju Coutinho and César Tralli and edited by me, being the first initiative of its kind within the company.

It was a super important challenge, especially considering that I had never professionally participated in a UX project of this scale, having only worked on university projects so far, but I had the support of the Awareness team and the freedom to lean my vision to what the project should look like.
